It's time to settle old scores and start new ones. Modern Warfare III celebrates the 20th anniversary of Call of Duty, one of the greatest multiplayer map collections ever assembled - both fan-favorite and brand new. All 16 starter maps from the original Modern Warfare 2 (2009) have been upgraded with new modes and gameplay features and will be available at launch for everyone to start the game, and over 12 new 6v6 core maps will form the basis for the post-launch live seasons.
Modern Warfare III will also feature new Ground War maps with innovative game spaces and an epic comeback and evolution of the popular War Mode, which first appeared in Call of Duty: WWII in 2017.
For the first time, team up with other squads to survive and fight huge hordes of undead on the largest Call of Duty Zombies map in history. Modern Warfare Zombies (MWZ) tells the new story of Treyarch Zombies with missions, key Zombie features, and secrets to discover. Get ready for open-world PvE survival against the biggest enemies in the history of Call of Duty.
